  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, customers will be notified where applicable.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship merchandise to:

  • India (Domestic Shipping)

  • International destinations

Digital products and online resources are delivered instantly via online access and do not involve physical shipping.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Once dispatched, shipments within India typically reach customers within 3–4 business days.

  • The total estimated delivery time (including processing) is up to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

4. International Shipping

  • International orders may take up to 15 business days for delivery after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the destination country, customs clearance processes, and local courier services.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Charges may vary based on delivery location, order size, and shipping method.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (where applicable).

  • Customers are advised to track their orders regularly to stay informed about delivery status.

7. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

INPSYDOUT shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
