Cancellation and Refunds

Thank you for choosing INPSYDOUT (“we”, “us”, “our”). We strive to provide high-quality digital resources, learning content, and merchandise. Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Overview

By purchasing any product or service from INPSYDOUT, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all purchases are subject to the terms below.

2. Digital Products & Access (Non-Refundable)

All digital resources, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials

  • Quizzes

  • Worksheets

  • Templates

  • Flashcards and mind maps

  • Psychology test-prep content

  • Any other downloadable or online access content

are non-refundable. Once access is granted or the digital resource is delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Reasoning: Digital content is accessible immediately and cannot be “returned” after delivery.

3. Free Previews and Trials

To help you make informed decisions:

  • We may offer free previews, sample pages, or trial access for certain digital products.

  • You are strongly encouraged to use any preview or free trial before purchasing.

  • Your purchase should be made only after you have evaluated the preview/trial and are satisfied with the content.

Because previews are available, we do not offer refunds for digital products once purchased.

4. Merchandise Policy

If you purchase physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, prints, notebooks, souvenirs), the following policies apply:

4.1. Defective Items and Replacements

We understand that occasionally merchandise may arrive damaged or defective. To qualify for a replacement:

  1. You must provide a video of the unboxing showing:

    • The packaging received

    • The item being removed from packaging

    • The visible defect or damage
      This video must clearly show the issue before discarding the packaging or product.

  2. All replacement requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

  3. Originals must be returned or properly documented per our instructions if requested.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

4.2. Size / Fit / Change of Mind

  • Items returned or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference will not be accepted for refund or replacement.

  • Please refer to the size guide and product details carefully before purchasing.

5. How to Request a Replacement (for Defective Merchandise)

To initiate a defective item claim:

  1. Email us at: inpsydout@proton.me

  2. Include in your email:

    • Order number

    • Product name(s)

    • A brief description of the defect

    • The unboxing video with clear visuals of the damage

  3. Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. Digital Orders

Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the purchase is complete or access has been granted.

6.2. Merchandise Orders

You may request cancellation of a merchandise order only if processing has not yet begun. Once the item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; you may submit a defective claim if applicable.
