For damaged or defective items, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos so we can help with a replacement. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds for wrong size orders, preference-based returns, or items damaged during unboxing.

Orders are processed within 3-4 days, with delivery taking 3-5 days depending on the shipping method and pin code.
